As Vic has been taking a well earned break after hosting Edinburgh’s Hogmanay party with Biffy Clyro, Dear Scotland has been updating the Scotland on Tour database with almost 300 new international shows from Scottish artists as diverse as Primal Scream, Isobel Campbell, Mogwai, Eddi Reader and Nazareth. Check it out below:

Scotland on Tour with Vic Galloway

Each Monday on Dear Scotland the BBC’s Vic Galloway presents the only listing of every Scottish band and artist playing outside the UK that week. Vic also highlights one or two shows from that list that he personally recommends.

Vic will be back next week, but until then take a gander over the full list of all the announced shows for 2011 so far.

No matter where you are in the world, if you like Scottish music there is probably going to be something playing near you in 2011.

This full listing can always be found on the Scotland on Tour page. And if you think we’ve missed something, please let us know at music@dearscotland.com or on Facebook or Twitter. Happy New Year.
