Dear Scotland

Vic picks Mogwai in Japan as the highlight of all the international Scottish gigs this week. Mogwai will be in Washington DC tonight before heading to the Summer Sonic festival in Tokyo and Osaka with The Vaselines and Teenage Fanclub.  Vic sits in for Marc Riley all this week on BBC 6 Music.
