Codeine Velvet Club will be playing in Bucharest tomorrow and head to Japan later this summer for what will likely be their last gig. Still, the band fronted by Scotland’s Most Eligible Lady Lou Hickey and Jon Fratelli went down a storm at SXSW and Lou recently spoke to us about that experience and more:
Mogwai have announced their first show of 2010 headlining the Metamorphose Festival in Japan in September. The Glasgow band will also be premiering their new concert film ‘Burning’ later this month in Berlin. Details below:

Former Aztec Camera frontman Roddy Frame has announced 3 dates in Japan next week as part of the Billboard Live series. Aztec Camera always enjoyed a large following in Japan and the shows will likely see a mix of old and new tunes from the talented East Kilbrider. Full ticket details below.
