Stonehaven’s Copy Haho are heading out on their first European tour this week in support of Los Campesinos!. Radio 1’s Vic Galloway tells us more about Copy Haho alongside his listing of every Scottish band playing outside the UK this week.

Copy Haho supporting Los Campesinos! in Europe

One of my favourite guitar bands out of Scotland just now, with a real Pavement fetish and hooks aplenty, Copy Haho originally hail from Stonehaven on the East Coast but now live in Glasgow.

They’ve been working hard and releasing consistently excellent 7″ vinyl singles and EP’s, whilst slowly building up a loyal and rabid following for their off-kilter, artful, indie-rock. Inventive guitar-playing, skewed lyrics and strangely-inticing song arrangements pit them well up there amongst the current greats.

It’s good to see them supporting Los Campesinos and hopefully playing to larger audiences every night – as well as blowing away the headliners on a daily basis. Go see for yourselves!

Also on tour this week: We Were Promised Jetpacks, Hostage, The Cinematics, Alex Smoke, Roddy Hart, Biffy Clyro, Twin Atlantic, Fangs, Franz Ferdinand, Eddi Reader, Shitdisco and Paolo Nutini. See all dates below.
